FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


The following are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Mecca Management’s policies and procedures.

1) WHERE IS MECCA MANAGEMENT LOCATED?

Mecca Management is conveniently located on the north side of Bowling Green at 1045 N. Main Street (in the same office complex as A.A. Green Realty and Marco’s Pizza)

2) WHAT ARE MECCA MANAGEMENT’S OFFICE HOURS?

Mecca Management’s office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The office is not open during holidays..

3) WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Rent payments can be made on AppFolio with an e-check or credit/debit card. In the office you can pay with a check or money order.

4) WHAT IF I HAVE A MAINTENANCE CONCERN AFTER HOURS?

Mecca Management has a 24 hour on-call maintenance person in case of emergencies. Examples of an emergency maintenance problem include no heat, lock out, flood, fire, etc. A maintenance request that is not considered an emergency will be handled during normal business hours.

5) WHAT IF I GET LOCKED OUT OF MY APARTMENT?

If your lock out occurs after hours or on the weekend there will be a charge for the on-call maintenance worker to let you into your unit. There will be a charge for lock outs that occur on holidays.

6) CAN I SUBLEASE MY APARTMENT?

Subleasing may be granted with prior approval from Mecca Management. There is a $250.00 sublease fee and the new tenant’s application must be approved by management. Please keep in mind, subleasing does not release the original tenant from the lease. Also, Mecca Management does not do any advertising for units available for sublease.
